Design Process

Collaborated with the client to understand the card game mechanics, character personality requirements, and overall visual style. The goal was to create characters that were visually appealing and aligned with the game's pandemic survival theme.
Understanding the Game Concept
Explored various poses, outfits, and expressions for each character. Prioritized diversity in appearance and functionality to reflect their roles in the game.
Initial Sketches
Developed detailed character designs based on client feedback. Worked on consistent proportions, minimal shading, and a cohesive color palette for all characters.

Project Overview
"Let's Line Up" is a strategic card game designed to simulate resource management during a pandemic. Players use numbered character cards to gain access to supplies while navigating through unique challenges. My role in this project was to design a series of engaging, numbered chibi characters that added personality to the gameplay.
